I had a great experience at Autonation Chevrolet. Morgan was a fantastic sales person! She was able to handle us and another couple purchasing a vehicle at the same time, and the process was still faster than any other dealer purchase I have ever made. I did have a service engine light with the new truck, but the dealer has been great about working to resolve the issue and provided a loaner vehicle. I will definitely come back to this dealer to purchase a vehicle.

A lot of lack of communication and confusion. We had an appointment for a safety recall. Got there, the part wasn’t there. Rescheduled visit when I got a call the part wasn’t in. They kept my car overnight with the understanding it was a time consuming job. Got no communication the next day so I texted for the status. Turned out the part wasn’t available again, but it had been ordered. They said they would try to get my car fixed that day. I got a text about 45 minutes later that my car was ready. Total confusion from the time I took my car in until I got it back. They weren’t sure what all my safety recall entailed. Gave us the impression it was separate jobs. We left with the hood latch fixed, not confident that was all I needed. Positive note…the technicians were very polite guys. I really appreciated that.

I brought my vehicle in for scheduled oil change and a few other items such as to change out the cabin air filter, When I got the vehicle back, when the AC was on hi-speed it made a deep, loud sound that it hadn't made previously. I drove back a day later and explained the situation to the service advisor who then came out to the car to inspect. He then opened up the cabin air housing, checked the filter, the fan, and for any additional debris. He found some leaves and double checked that everything was back in place and seated properly, and viola! Sound gone! He was very kind and professional and knew just what to do! What great service! Thank you!

All the staff at the Autonation service department were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, and they explained/fixed the issue with my vehicle. I am a little disappointed in Chevrolet QA by releasing a brand new vehicle that had the evap line crushed under the cab. The dealer was able to quickly fix the issue, so overall I am very satisfied with this dealer. They gave me a loaner when they took in my vehicle as well, which was very helpful. I will definitely continue doing business with this dealership.

Drove my new Corvette 2023 stingray to the dealership. Check with parts department made sure they had the transmission canister filter for my 7500 miles service. Talk to Curtis and Service. He said Monday morning we’ll get it done. I asked does parts have the canister filter. He said yes they do. I was very busy Monday morning. Drop car off Monday morning. Curtis was very professional. He called me about 830. And said parts department doesn’t have the canister filter. That made me upset. Because we both checked Friday and they had it. He said they’re going to McGregor to get the part. McGregor Chevrolet is about 30 minutes there in about 30 minutes back. Apparently it took him an hour and 45 minutes to get the part I was standing around waiting. I don’t understand how it takes an hour and 45 minutes to get an an hour trip. Curtis and the gentleman that worked on my vehicle were very nice and professional. I wanted parts to pay for a half an hour of labor. Because I was there about two hours longer than I have to be.. When accompany or an individual makes a mistake and cost you hours of time they oughta give you a considerable discount . This did not happen. Somebody in parts needs to take responsibility for their actions. I didn’t even get anybody to tell me they were sorry or apologize. That was at least the parts department supervisor should’ve said to me. I don’t understand how you can run a business make a mistake and don’t even tell them that you’re apologetic I do not care for your parts department. I wanted to say something worse with profanity, but I can’t.

Very poor communication. Not having a car for a week was very difficult to manage. Ford was going to have it fixed within the same day, but had to bring it to you because it’s under warranty. You didn’t look at it for multiple days, and then didn’t work on it until more days after that.

It started from checking to check out my appointment was totally different than wha I was there for. I didn’t get a calls until I called. I was charged an enormous charge to diagnosis a problem I was aware of and a totally expensive amount to fix the problem. I will not return.

It was a big disappointment that I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for two weeks. It was a hardship on me, trying to get to work, doctor appointments and the grocery store. It would be nice if you all had more loaner cars or compensate for not having a vehicle. Also, I had to rent a car for $49.99 plus other fees for two days.

I brought my truck in because the rear brakes were dragging. I told them while the vehicle is there go ahead and do an oil change, transmission fluid and filter change, check the suspension for worn parts, and anything else on the vehicle that needs service since it’s at 170k miles. Long story short I spent $4,980 on the work, including $888 for the brake job, only to get the truck back unwashed, idling rough due to the tech not properly setting values on the computer, grease on the drivers seat and steering wheel, clock not reset from them disconnecting the battery, AND the brakes weren’t fixed because they told me the caliper needs to be replaced and with parts and labor it would be an additional $718 (labor included removing all the parts to replace the caliper, even though the tech had already removed all the parts to replace the rotor and somehow didn’t diagnose the original problem before reinstalling all the parts.) This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I have ever put one of my vehicles in for service.

My car overheated Monday evening on my way out of Waco. It was towed by a AAA tow truck to AutoNation. Tuesday, Ray showed what had been discovered and told me the expected costs. He was not sure they would get my car completed that day. I explained that I lived over 2 hours away and was on medication that I had been unable take since Monday morning. Staying a second night would be extremely stressful. He said they would try, but no guarantees. I understood. I stayed in the waiting all day. When I inquired about 3pm about the status of my car, he was able to inform me that they expected to have my car back together that day. They did. The employees were polite and helpful. The Service waiting area is divided into two parts. One has a TV, a coffee bar, and soda / snack machines. The other half has outlets for phone chargers, computers, and such. It also has some toys to help keep restless children amused.

I’m genuinely torn in writing this review. Our salesperson, Billy Bible, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance representative, Justin Hemingway, was the opposite. The process took more than four hours despite our providing a substantial down payment and having an 800+ credit score. During that time, Justin was overly aggressive about selling extended warranties, made comments that came across as condescending, and, when we declined the add-ons, became silent and disengaged for the remainder of the appointment. I truly wanted to walk away at that point, but we stayed to avoid jeopardizing Billy’s well-earned sale. In addition, I had just bought a brand new Chevrolet at another dealership. About three weeks prior. Both the sales person, and the finance person were a joy to work with at the Chevrolet dealership in Corsicana. My issue was fixed but they damaged my passenger door and didn't advise me if this. I went and spoke with Connor and was told that Carolyn which is the manager would call me, but never did. I left a voicemail and still no return call. My husband and I spend a lot of money with every vehicle we purchase and this is bad business. Word of mouth travels fast

We took my 2021 Equinox to AutoNation because it was closer to my house. However, Chevy of West (where I purchased the car originally) quoted us a better price on the maintenance that needed to be done. AutoNation was able to come down to a more reasonable price so we left the vehicle there. We appreciate the communication, however we were given different information from the rep and the technician. All in all, the experience was fine. The car was fixed and runs well.

I went in to have my truck looked over for any recalls. They explained to me what it could possibly have and fixed what was needed. Plus made sure I had a new oil change and filter. Highly recommend!!!

We went to the dealership knowing what vehicle we were purchasing (available in lot). Meet salesmen, test drove vehicle all within 20 minutes. Started the purchasing process THAT TOOK 4 forevers to complete. 5 hour's from the time we said let's do this until we was leaving the dealership. Our family has purchased several vehicles over the course of the last decade. None have taken more than 2.5 hours top's, start to finish. Being an out of state purchase we expected the process to take a little longer, however, that was excessive! Would have been more understanding if the dealership was overwhelmed with customers and short handed on salesmen. Not the case here. Only witnessed two other couples at the dealership during our 5+hr stay. On a more positive note, everyone was friendly. The dealership was clean, and for the most part , professional.
